The Wonderful Company will donate 3.6 million sweet, seedless and easy-to-peel Wonderful Hello Mandarins to the California Food Bank Association, a Feeding America partner, to raise awareness of the issue of global hunger and food insecurity ahead of World Hunger Day (May 28). The donation will ensure residents in need of a healthy, delicious snack have access to fresh, locally grown Hello Mandarins packed with Vitamin C.
The donation is part of The Wonderful Company and IFPA’s Fresh Produce Foundation’s ongoing efforts to support and advance a healthier world.
World Hunger Day aims to raise awareness about the global food crisis and highlight the importance of creating sustainable solutions to end hunger and poverty around the world.
