Chef Danilo said, “You’ll see pink lamb chops appear on some social media accounts, but be careful because, especially in French cuisine, they use different lambs, and the color of the meat is already the same because the lambs are already very small. So, it may look pink, but if it’s not, it’s also cooked,” he said.
