Local stores at Wesleyan Park Plaza will host their third annual Block Party on Saturday, with several businesses offering deals and specials, plus live music, food and more for guests to enjoy while they shop.
Organizers said the annual block party is the Plaza’s way of coming together and celebrating the small businesses operating in one of the city’s most popular shopping areas.
Mandy Collins, owner of Lance & Company Jewelers, said customers can expect bounce houses, food and music.
“This year we have the acoustic side of Uncharted playing different styles of music to keep us entertained while we shop. We also have two food trucks, Taqueria Mexican Food Truck and Peach Treat,” Collins said.
Businesses along the Strip will have different promotions running throughout the day. Participating businesses include:
