Yazmin Ukhelou was photographed leaving a plastic surgery clinic in Turkey with her face covered in bandages.
The Towie beauty covered her nose and upper lip with white bandages after reportedly having a “secret nose job” and headed out into the sunshine whilst holding on to a female friend.

The 23-year-old appeared a little dizzy as she left the clinic and at one point was holding her hands to her face and barely able to open her eyes.
She then put her hand on her friend’s arm while he carried her overnight bag.
Getting ready to head home, Yazmin was wearing comfortable casual clothing, a grey T-shirt dress and black flip-flops, with a pale pink baseball cap to protect her face from the sun.
The reality TV star made sure to stay hydrated in the hot weather, carrying a water bottle with her on the way to her car.
Yazmin’s trip to Turkey comes just over a month after her boyfriend James Locke slammed American rapper Tyga for flirting with her.
The Towie star questioned why Yazmin “wants Tyga when she has lions in the house”, pulling Kylie Jenner’s ex-boyfriend back from the spot.

Tyga sent Yazmin two fire emojis on Instagram, making it clear he has his eye on the Towie beauty.
But James was quick to dash any hopes of dating the woman, messaging her:
“Tyga, what’s up? I saw you slid into my girlfriend’s DMs and it didn’t seem to work out.

The Rack City rapper clearly has his eye on British ladies and was briefly romantically linked to Birmingham DJ Demi Rose, 22, last year.

He has a four-year-old son named King Cairo with ex-girlfriend Blac Chyna (29), but has recently been dating Kylie.
The pair were together for over 18 months before finally splitting in April.
