Turkish cosmetic surgeons have performed an incredible transformation on a man, making him appear younger than his age. Este Med Istanbul shared before and after photos on Instagram of the man, who looks 10 to 20 years younger after undergoing facial plastic surgery. In the caption of the post, the surgeons revealed that their patient, Michael, underwent several procedures that contributed to these dramatic changes, including a facelift, eyelid surgery, nose job, and hair transplants.

The picture has now gone viral, leaving social media users astonished, with one person stunned by the dramatic transformation, writing: “Someone please tell me is this real or are we all being fooled?”
“I want to see their dental records, fingerprints and blood test results because what on earth are they doing in Turkey?” another user commented. “What? They’re working miracles in Turkey,” a third user commented.
“I would love to see all the pictures of her post-op and recovery over the months since then, it would be amazing,” wrote another. “This is unbelievable. Now excuse me while I book a flight,” said one user.

Similar incredulity was expressed on other social media platforms. “I wouldn’t tell anyone if I won the lottery in 30 years but… there will be signs (new face and Turkish holidays),” one X user joked. “What the heck!?!?! Well… if I need a facelift in 10 years I know where I’ll go. Turkey and Korea are basically even when it comes to plastic surgery,” another wrote.
Meanwhile, Michael’s case wasn’t the only one to shock people at the Turkish medical center. A post from 2023 showed before and after photos of a middle-aged woman. After the medical procedure, the woman had sharper features and looked older.
