“Has he changed his mind?” one skeptic asked. “He’s gone from Robert Downey Sr. to Robert Downey Jr.” Skeptics continued with comments like, “This is a joke,” and “Someone tell me is this real or are we all being fooled?”

Similar disbelief was expressed on other platforms, with one “X” user sharing the photo with the caption, “Turkish surgeons are doing the crazy thing of performing 8 surgeries at once… This man came back 30 years younger,” as comments erupted in disbelief.

This wasn’t the only time the medical center has surprised people. A September 2023 post showed a middle-aged woman who looked like his granddaughter, with sharp features that made her look younger. But the change in eye color raised more doubts from viewers, with one commenter saying, “And she changed her eye color too.” Another chimed in, “She changed her eye color too?”
