Imagine you’re craving a burger, but you have the meat at home, but it’s still sitting in the freezer. You might end up thinking it would be better to get someone else to make it for you.
So you have a choice to make, and you want to have the best burger you can. There are over 60 places in Columbia where you can get a burger. It would take a lot of time to go around them all and determine which one is the best. Not the most popular, but the best.
If you already know where you can get the best burger, here’s your chance to help the Tribune fill 16 spots starting Tuesday with two questions: where you’d like to get your burger, and what style of burger, such as mushroom Swiss or Western style, if applicable.
Please limit your responses to local restaurants or food trucks only – national or regional chains such as Burger King, Chili’s, Five Guys, etc. are not eligible. The survey below will be available all day Monday, with bracket voting opening at 4pm each day from Tuesday through Friday. If there are not enough responses to the survey, Tribune may include a few choices to fill the remaining entry slots. These will be indicated in the bracket vote.
Bracket voting only will be open for eight hours each day, with Tuesday’s vote determining Wednesday’s quarterfinal brackets and continuing until Friday’s finals vote determines the winner.
The winners will be announced on July 1st.
