DUBAL – New images have emerged from the prosecutor’s statement of former Urucu Okakurali director Tulgahan Demirbaş as the instigator in the Sinan Ateş murder case.
This time, Demirbaş’s answer to the question, “Why did he send Sinan Ateş’s address, flight registration information and location information to Uluk Ocaklar Chairman Ahmet Yıldırım?” was made public.
According to Side B news, Demirbaş denied that he had sent the information, saying: “I think there are errors in the experts’ report.”
Demirbaş claimed that their aim was to hang a banner in front of Sinan Ateş’s house, saying: “If such a thing exists, it is because of our idea to hang a banner in front of Sinan Ateş’s mansion. It is not possible otherwise.”
Excerpts from the conversation between the prosecutor and Turgahan Demirbaş are included in the statement below:
Prosecutor: Again, you passed on the location information you received from Çalal Zorlu to Ahmet İzit Yıldırım that he was in Kırşehir. Do you remember this?
Demirbaş: I don’t remember that. Once I sat down with Çalal Zorlu in a cafe. He is not my sincere friend. He told me in a conversation that if you enter a phone number from a computer program, you can find out the person’s location. I told him: “Let’s see where this guy is.” Our intention here was that we did not want to hang the banner in vain.
Prosecutor: During the conversation, Ahmet Yizit Yildirim asked for information by asking, “Did Sinan Ateş enter Turkey?” Do you remember?
Demirbaş: I don’t remember. I asked them, and they said they wanted to hang a banner. There’s nothing else that’s OK.
