Serdar Sercelik, secret witness in the Ayhan Bora Kaplan case, arrested in Hungary
Sercelik, who fled the country in handcuffs, said in his YouTube video that among the names he wanted to mention in the statement were AKP President Erdogan’s private secretary Hasan Dogan, former Justice Minister Bekir Bozdağ and former Justice Minister Abdulhamit Gül. He claimed Interior Ministry head Suleyman Soylu, AKP deputy minister Mukahit Aslan, Health Minister Fahrettin Koca, Halkbank general manager Osman Arslan and Sadik Soylu.
Following Serdar Serçelik’s statement, an investigation into the Ayhan Bora Kaplan case was launched.
A search warrant with a red notice was issued for Serdar Serçelik.
