The decision appointed Sedar Yavuz as Governor of Malatya, Ilhami Aktas as Governor of Kocaeli, Ömer Toraman as Governor of Çanakkale, and Numan Hatipol as Governor of Elazig. The appointments were made based on Supplementary Article 35 of Decree Law No. 375 and Articles 2, 3, and 4 of Presidential Decree No. 3.
With the publication of this decision in the Official Gazette, Western Mediterranean Customs and Foreign Trade Zone Manager Kadir Karakış, Eastern Marmara Customs and Foreign Trade Zone Manager Yaşar Yaman Oçak and Flat Customs and Foreign Trade Zone Manager Ceylan Er were dismissed from their positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Commerce. At the ministry, Hüseyin Topçuöl was appointed to the Eastern Mediterranean Customs and Foreign Trade Zone General Precinct, Metin Gülbüz to the Gülbulak Customs and Foreign Trade Zone General Precinct and Ayhan Koşkner to the İpeköl Customs and Foreign Trade Zone General Precinct.
