A panel discussion on the earthquake and urban transformation in Istanbul organized by the Istanbul Contractors and Businessmen Association (İMİDER) was held at the Eyup Sultan Culture and Arts Center.

“Earthquakes are the greatest environmental disaster”
Professor Dr. Mr. Gölül said that the effects of the earthquake had lasted for many years, saying, “Earthquakes are the biggest environmental disaster. If the environment is polluted, we cannot live here healthily. You can’t live a healthy life if your pipes mix with the ground or your drinking water.
