Korean Style Chicken Meatballs
Ingredients 2lb ground chicken 2 eggs 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, minced 1 Green Onion, chopped 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1/2 cup of Sunny’s Korean Sesame Dressing 2 TBSP Sunny’s Stir Fry Oil
Preparation
STEP 1 Mix ingredients well. Set in fridge for 10-20 minutes.
STEP 2 Scoop a TBSP of the mixture and form into a ball. Set aside.
STEP 3 Heat skillet to medium low and coat with Sunny’s Stir Fry Oil.
STEP 4 Place meatballs into skillet and turn until all sides browned.
STEP 5 Place browned meatballs in saucepan on low heat covered for 20 min.
STEP 6 Serve as hors d’oeuvres or part of a meal
