I think we can all agree that Chinese food is great, and if you don’t agree with that, I don’t think I can trust your opinion on other things.
But you do have to find a Chinese restaurant. Some are mediocre, some are top notch, and they’re all worth it. When I go to a new city, I talk to locals and find out what their favorites are and take that as a guide. I believe that sesame chicken with white rice can cure a bad day.
I recently came across a post from Love Food showcasing the best Chinese restaurants in each state, and in my opinion, it’s hard to choose because there are so many to choose from. However, one winning restaurant caught my eye.
What’s the best Chinese food in Connecticut?
According to the article, Peter Chang’s in Stamford is known as the best Chinese restaurant in Connecticut. It is consistently known not only as the best in the state, but as one of the best anywhere. The article highlights that “Haute cuisine includes seafood simmered in complex stews and served in hot stone pots. The Peking duck is legendary and said to be better than that served in the world’s finest restaurants.”
If you take a look at the reviews, many agree that the portions are large, the food is fresh, authentic, and the quality is excellent. If you’re looking for a reason to go to Stamford, Peter Chang is located at 230 Tresser Blvd. H004 in the Stamford Mall Center. You can see the full menu here.
In my opinion, this dish definitely seems worth trying. What is your favorite Chinese food in your area?
