OKLAHOMA CITY — The Oklahoma Regional Food Bank has announced seven new members to its board of directors, two new members to its foundation board and new leadership for both boards.
“Regional Food Bank is pleased to welcome these new leaders who bring unique experiences, expertise and skills to help us realize our vision of an Oklahoma where no one goes hungry,” said Stacey Dykstra, CEO of Regional Food Bank.
The new members of the Board of Directors, serving terms from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, are:
Kyle Esmiller, CP Energy Graham Glaser, Incipient Group Leslie Griffith, Chickasaw Nation Karen Jacobs, Retired Chris Cart, Devon Energy Jason Strasser, Caption Partners LP Clarence Washington, CompSource Mutual Insurance
Dave Lopez of Lopez Dorada Foods will be the new board chairman, while outgoing chairman Phi Nguyen of the Downtown OKC Partnership will assume the role of former board chairman. Mike Potter (retired) will serve as vice chairman, Edgar Medina of Tinker Federal Credit Union will serve as treasurer and Dr. Lydia Nightingale of Variety Care will serve as board chair.
The Foundation Board, which manages the organization’s endowment and investments, welcomes:
Nick Berry, Berryrock LP Karen Tan, Community Volunteer
Brian Saylor of Crow’s Nest Holdings is the new president, Bonnie Kennedy of the OU Foundation will serve as vice president and Allison Young Gilbert will continue as secretary-treasurer.
