NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A 43-year-old man has been charged with sexual assault after allegedly groping a woman after delivering her food.
Sadridin Azizov was arrested on Wednesday, June 12, for an incident that occurred in Nashville on March 27, 2024.

According to court documents, the victim was contacted by the restaurant she ordered from at approximately 2:15 p.m., informing her over the phone that the delivery person could not make it to her apartment, and she then went to meet the delivery person, later identified as Azizov, across the street from her apartment.
According to the Metropolitan Police, Azizov gave the victim half of the order and asked him to take a photo, to which the victim agreed but then quickly refused when Azizov tried to take a photo with her.
When she asked Azizov for the rest of her order and had her hands full, he grabbed her right breast before driving off, according to the Metropolitan Police.

Investigators believe Azizov was employed as a driver by a Nashville restaurant and was not employed by the food delivery service the victims used to order meals.
The victim identified Azizov as the man who grabbed her in a photo lineup.
Azizov was booked into the Metropolitan Jail on Wednesday and charged with felony sexual assault. Bail was set at $5,000.
