The regional government, through the Murcia Regional Development Institute (Info), spearheaded the participation of these companies in this important event. The regional Minister of Economy, Finance and Business, Luis Alberto Marin, highlighted the American market’s appreciation for Murcia’s quality, as seen in the 83% increase in gourmet exports over the past five years. He assured the region’s continued strong support for local companies to further penetrate this lucrative market.
