Ahead of EURO 2024, which will be held in Germany, the 26 members of the national team have been announced.
A statement from the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) said Abdulkadir Omur, Berat Ozdemir, Can Uzun, Cenk Ozkacar, Dogan Alemdar and Ouz Aydin were not included in the squad.
The national team was without Ozan Kabak, Çağlar Söyuncu and Enes Junar due to injuries.
Türkiye are in Group F at EURO 2024 and will face Georgia, Portugal and the Czech Republic in the group stage.
Turkey will face Poland in Warsaw on Monday 10 June in their final warm-up match before EURO 2024. The match will kick off at 9:45pm GMT.
Doan Alemdar joins the team
In a statement released by the TFF, Doan Alemdal said he would be joining the camp to secure his goalkeeping qualifications in training.
It has been reported that Bertug Yildirim, who was previously deployed to the Umit national team, has joined the senior national team.
EURO 2024 national team match schedule
The first match of the EURO 2024 tournament will be held on 14 June between hosts Germany and Scotland.
Turkiye will open the tournament against Georgia on June 18. They will face Portugal in the second match on June 22, and will have advanced through the group stage after their match against the Czech Republic on June 26.
Turkije’s first two group stage matches will be in Dortmund and the final one in Hamburg.

Thirteen soccer players from four major teams join the team
The squad announced includes five players from Galatasaray, five from Fenerbahce, two from Besiktas and one from Trabzonspor.
