Tanju Özcan responded to Kılıçdaroğlu’s statement about Account X:
“Dear Mr. Kılıdaroğlu,
I have no particular grudge or hatred against you, I am angry that you have failed for 13 years for the love of your seat and darkened our future and the future of our children.
I am furious that you have condemned us to a quarter century of Erdogan’s regime.
I cannot bear the fact that, despite all these economic difficulties and foreign policy failures, we cannot topple this incompetent Erdogan and make millions of young people, including my son, cry.
I also marched to Ankara for change, considering this action to be my democratic right. The seat I sat in was my own seat. Let’s not get off topic. You were never an Ataturkist, you filled the party with an almond mustache transferred from the right.
I have never met anyone in my life who has lied as much as you have, and the Party members know it. They also told me not to come to my funeral if you die before me, because I will not be able to say “I forgive you” even if you ask for my forgiveness.
