MARION, Va. (WJHL) – Some of the area’s most voracious appetites gathered in downtown Marion on Saturday to take part in the Hungriest Mother Food Festival Challenge to see whose appetite would win.
The contest featured 12 local businesses, food trucks and restaurants. The food choices ranged from sweet, savory and pickled.
Michael Kearns retained his title as the Famous Dip Dog Stand Contest winner for the seventh year in a row, and Allen Heath drank the most Mountain Dew in the Marion Mountain Dew Challenge.
