From acai cups to Wiscorn dogs, 100 new foods and drinks will be featured on the menu at the 2024 Wisconsin State Fair, running Aug. 1-11.
During the fair, meat eaters and vegetarians alike will find something new to eat.

Beer Cheese & Brat Spud Muffins from Leff’s Miller Lite Sports Bar & Grill.
Doc’s Smokehouse’s Brisket Beer Cheese Baker: Smoked baked potato topped with ranch butter, Wisconsin white cheddar beer cheese, shredded brisket, sweet BBQ sauce and fried onion strings.
Soudariche cream puff soda, a fair-exclusive treat with organic vanilla syrup, cream swirls, whipped cream and sprinkles.
Bud Pavilion’s Hot Ham and Glazers: This Sporky’s finalist is made with hot ham, melted Swiss cheese and raspberry jam, sandwiched between two Kwik Trip Glazer doughnuts.
Reuben Brat of Usinger at Milwaukee Brat House;
Wisconsin Bacon Brandy Old Fashioned Bubble Waffles from Bubble Tea & Waffles.

From Cool Ranch Doritos pickles to deep-fried mashed potatoes on a skewer, this Sporky’s on a skewer finalist can check at least two boxes on their Fair Food Bingo card.

Dr. Vegetable’s With Corn Dog: Plant-based sausage, kosher dill pickles, and cheddar cheese skewered, dipped in cornmeal batter and deep-fried.
Roll the dice
Conceptual dishes and unusual combinations for the most adventurous eaters. Your tastes are diverse.
All Things Jerky’s Bug Juice. This green juice has edible insects frozen into ice cubes. There are even black ants in the caramel on the rim of the cup. There’s even a scorpion on top.
Frozen Pickle Lemonade, Camp Amber.
Funnel Dogs from Attavio’s Concessions, a foot-long hot dog dipped in funnel cake batter and deep-fried.
