PARK CITY, Utah — Gracie’s Farms will be hosting a “Queen Bees Dinner” to celebrate the achievements of women in the food, beverage and agriculture sectors on Thursday, July 25. The event will feature all-female guests who have made significant contributions to a traditionally male-dominated industry.
The evening’s culinary experience will be presented by internationally recognized chef and author Sarah Glover, known for her award-winning cookbooks “Wild” and “Wild Child.” Glover is recognized globally for her expertise in sustainable, open-fire cooking, having cooked for celebrities such as Martha Stewart and Gordon Ramsay.
One beverage distributor to watch is Britt Templin, co-founder of Templin Family Brewing. Along with her husband, Kevin, Templin runs a successful family-owned business that brews high-quality organic beer in Salt Lake City.

Master mixologist and sommelier Natalie Hamilton will also be participating in the event. Hamilton has extensive experience in the beverage industry, from bartending at Denali National Park to running cocktail programs in the state of Utah. She focuses on the community and celebration aspects of wine and spirits.

Barb Phillips, co-founder of Blue Sky Utah and founder of the Saving Gracie Equine Therapy Foundation, will be honored for her dedication to animal rescue. Her foundation utilizes the latest advancements in equine medical research and focuses on protecting and treating abused and neglected horses.
Lindsay Gammon leads the farm team at Gracie’s Farm and has transformed overgrazed land into a thriving, biodiverse environment. Her sustainable farming practices produce vegetables, fruits and flowers for Blue Sky and the local community. Gammon also created the Farm Dinner program, which connects the community to the farm through events.
The Queen Bees dinner will include a welcome reception at 6 p.m., co-hosted by Barb Phillips and Claire Staples of SkyDog Ranch & Sanctuary. The reception will honor the rescued horses and the dedicated women who care for them, introduce the newly adopted mustangs, and there will be a raffle, with proceeds benefiting the animal shelter.
