A glamorous social media influencer says mothers wanting cosmetic surgery should shell out big bucks in the UK or forget about it.
Carla Bellucci, 41, said she had read so many horror stories about botched surgeries overseas that she decided it wasn’t worth the risk.
The mother-of-four, who ironically faked depression to get a free NHS nose job, said it was “stupid” to opt for cut-price medical tourism.

According to the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, the number of people admitted to hospital in the UK after undergoing cosmetic surgery abroad has increased by 94 per cent in three years, with Turkey accounting for the majority.

And according to Turkish medical company USHAŞ, around 1,398,504 people entered Turkey for “medical services” last year.
Carla from Hitchin Hearts expressed her thoughts as follows. “I’ve seen so many articles about cosmetic surgery in Turkey, and I can’t believe how cheaply people are willing to risk their lives to travel to Turkey to have it done. Are you fat?”
“You expect it more from young people, but grown women are out for a mummy makeover. Is your life worth that little?”
Furthermore, she added: “A lot of people I know have Turkish teeth and every time they eat, the veneer falls off and they still ask for more teeth. It’s actually a shock. Mothers like that when they have kids at home. Do you think I’m a bad mother?”
Despite being outspoken on the subject, Carla is also a fan of cosmetic surgery herself, having had breast and nose jobs in the past.

She also underwent Botox, a skin booster, new teeth, nasal fillings, an eyebrow lift, and a non-cosmetic Brazilian butt lift, to name a few more.
But she said: “I have had all of these procedures done here in the UK. Some have been gifts and some have been paid for. I am offered free surgery every month by a clinic in Turkey, but I’m not stupid enough to accept it after researching it.
“I can’t believe the stupidity of some women and men. Come on, there’s a reason things are so cheap. People are losing their lives, wake up.”
