Real Betis are said to have rejected the offer as many clubs were interested in Jonny Cardozo, with Galatasaray, Roma, Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund, Juventus and Atletico Madrid also highlighting their interest in the 22-year-old midfielder.
