Waldorf, MD – On June 30th, at approximately 10:57pm, officers responded to a residence in Waldorf for a report of a stabbing. When officers arrived on scene, they found an adult male suffering from multiple stab wounds. The victim sustained serious injuries and was transported to the hospital.
A preliminary investigation revealed that the victim, a food delivery driver, was stopped at a red light at the intersection of Crane Highway and St. Patrick Drive in Waldorf when two vehicles approached and positioned themselves on either side of the victim’s vehicle. The occupants of both vehicles began arguing with the victim. The victim and occupants of the suspect vehicle exited their vehicles, at which point the victim was stabbed multiple times. The victim got into his vehicle and drove to his home, where a family member called 911. The suspect then fled.
Upon investigation, officers discovered surveillance footage that showed two suspect vehicles involved in the incident, one of which appeared to be a dark SUV and the other a dark sedan.
