The incident occurred around 3 p.m. in the basement of a four-story apartment building on Balal Street in the Çamlıca district of Nilüfer district.

Murat Kılıc, who made a living as a painter, and his wife Gülay Kılıc left the house last year, leaving behind their three children. Murat Kılıc, who lived in the basement, killed his children Zeynep and Aslı with a knife and strangled his son Muhammet Ali Kılıc.

He went to the guards and surrendered.
Murat Kili, the suspect who killed the children, then went to a separate building of the Bursa provincial police and said, “I killed my three children. I tried to commit suicide but failed. Just for your information.”

A police team travelled to the given address within a short time and came across the bodies of the three unfortunate children.

After questioning by the prosecutor, the body was taken to the Bursa Forensic Institute morgue for an autopsy.

“Murat Kılıc was a quiet person and never harmed anyone. We heard noises coming from his house in the morning, then the noises stopped. We couldn’t believe it when we heard about it,” a neighbor said.
An investigation has been launched into the incident.
