The Eat Drink Local festival will take place in Central Park next month on Saturday, June 1. Doors open at 2pm and the headlining band will finish playing at 8pm.
But this isn’t just any ordinary festival – it’s for a worthy cause to support.
“Proceeds from the festival will help support housing costs for homeless students and families in need in our district. We will also be replenishing food in school food pantries that are most impacted by the local homelessness crisis.” – Jess Guidroz, Founder
What to expect at Eat Drink Local:
FREE ADMISSION! With so many of us experiencing financial hardship, we’ve decided to open the festival to anyone who wants to come, free of charge.
Food Truck Fever! Enjoy dozens of mouthwatering food trucks and tents serving everything from tacos, pizza and donuts to BBQ, sushi and LA’s best smoothies.
Grab a beer or a glass of wine and enjoy the finest craft beers and wines from local breweries and wineries.
LIVE MUSIC! The Main Stage will feature some of SCV’s best and most popular bands and musicians performing from morning till night.
Farmer’s Market Swap Meet style shopping! Over 50 exhibitors will be selling everything from farm fresh fruit to essential oils, candles, art and clothing.
Kid’s Kingdom! Let the kids have fun with (supervised) bounce houses, face painting, photo booths, Spiderman/Wonderwoman photo ops, balloon sculptures and a graffiti wall!
