90 Day Fiancé stars Darcey and Stacey Silva are shocking fans by revealing the results of their latest plastic surgery.
According to some social media users, the Silvas posted multiple videos and photos on their Instagram stories in which they are unrecognizable and even “ridiculous.”
Darcey shared a post from Turkish plastic surgeon Dr. Kerim Ünal on Monday. The post shows Darcey and Stacey posing in skin-tight sparkly beige and white dresses after their makeover.

Unal, 47, said the twins had “fox eye” surgery to lengthen their eyes, corrected their previous nose job, and also had a cheek lift, cheek fat removal, 360VASER liposuction, and breast implants. In another post, she collectively refers to these as “Barbie touch-up surgeries.”
Unal did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for further comment.
Darcey seemed thrilled with the results, writing on her Instagram Story last Wednesday that she looked “snatched” in a selfie with her eyes and brows pulled back.

The Silva sisters are an internet sensation thanks to their unrealistic looks and regularly changing looks, but even their followers were left stunned by the latest transformation.
“Want to scare your kids this Halloween? Book a cameo from Darcey & Stacey! They might not be able to sleep because they’re so scared. And they might have nightmares too,” said one fan. he tweeted sarcastically. Photos of the Silvas after surgery are also posted.
One Twitter user joked that he would have “nightmares” if he saw the twins’ new looks.
“I had to unfollow Stacey (who had this ridiculous cat eye). I couldn’t stand being ‘snatched’ multiple times a day,” another person wrote.
“At some point she has to realize that this is not healthy and does not reflect well on the person who had the surgery. She doesn’t look human anymore. It’s a shame she was beautiful before,” another fan commented on a Reddit thread discussing the twins.
