The recipe for this dish was shared by X (formerly Twitter) and left foodies with an unpleasant taste.
In this video shared on X, a man carefully washes a watermelon. He cuts the watermelon into large pieces and threads them onto skewers. He then places an egg in a large bowl and chicken flour in another. He then dips each watermelon skewer into the egg mixture and coats them in the chicken flour.
