WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Chick-fil-A Tri-State food truck is returning to Wisconsin Rapids this week.
If you missed the Chick-fil-A food truck last month, you’ll have another chance to find your favorite menu items on Thursday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Southwood County YMCA parking lot.
The truck first arrived in Wisconsin Rapids in June, with many people lining up in the rain to get food.
On June 20, the Chick-fil-A Tri-State food truck posted to its Facebook page thanking people for their support in Wisconsin Rapids.
“It’s been a very busy day so we’ll be open as long as stock lasts,” the post said. “We thank you all for your support and look forward to seeing you again soon!”
What is the Chick-fil-A Tri-State Food Truck?
The Chick-fil-A Tri-State Food Truck will launch in January 2023, bringing Chick-fil-A menu items to communities in Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin that don’t have a nearby Chick-fil-A restaurant.
Guests can enjoy restaurant favorites such as sandwiches, waffle fries, chicken nuggets, wraps, brownies, cookies and sauces.
According to a Facebook post from the truck, the truck has been serving “waffle potato chips” instead of waffle fries in recent weeks while waiting for parts to repair the fryer.
The truck is touring central Wisconsin, including Stevens Point, Wausau and Marshfield. The Chick-fil-A Tri-State food truck will also be making a stop at Fleet Farm in Stevens Point on Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
