BREAKING! The indictment has been completed in the investigation into the murder of university student Ata Emre Akman, who was killed in Balikesir.
Prosecutors have asked for a sentence of 18 to 24 years in prison for the murder suspect, E.O., who is under 18 years old, on charges of premeditated murder and monstrous emotions.

University student Ata Emre Akman was on his fifth day working at a chain restaurant in Balkesir when E.O. attacked him with a knife after blocking his motorbike.
Young Ata Emre died from 25 stab wounds from E.Ö.
E.Ö, who has previous convictions for six other crimes including intentional harm and intimidation, was detained and arrested.

In his statement to the police, the murder suspect, E.O., said: “I asked him how he knew his wife Sultan Durmaz, who was married to my father, the Imam. He refused me.” That’s why I stabbed him.”
Woman mentioned in incident speaks out
Sultan Durmaz, who was mentioned in the murder case, said Ata Emre brought pizza to his upstairs neighbor. Durmaz said that as her mother, she felt very sorry. “I am not guilty or guilty of what happened, but if I have to apologize, I will.” she said.
“I’ve been fighting with this family for 12 years.”
Durmaz explained that he had been struggling with the family for 12 years, saying: “I am the mother of four children. I have two daughters with my first wife and one son with Orhan. I left Orhan Ozdemir. I did not turn a blind eye to or submit to Orhan’s immoral acts. All Orhan wanted was to cause discomfort, anxiety and fear to those around me. Ten years later, I remarried and now have an 11-month-old son. “I have been fighting with this family for 12 years,” he said.

Ata Emre’s mother, Zuhar Akman, said E.Ö was seduced by his father. Her mother, Ms Ackman, said: “The father who incited this murderer said: “It’s over for me. E.O’s father, Orhan Ozdemir, was taken into custody again for the murder, arrested in court and sent to prison.
