The owner of a popular Bucks County food truck joint is opening a new location in Morrisville this weekend.
Bread & Butter Specialty Sandwiches, a woman-owned food truck business, is expanding with the opening of a brick-and-mortar location on Alden Avenue in the former Comfort Foods location.
Owners Angela Braccelli and Missy Bodine started the food truck seven years ago and have since built a following through community events and catering, serving up home-cooked dishes like pulled pork on a pretzel roll, pork roll sandwiches and crumble cakes topped with a generous amount of crumble topping.
And after that success, they decided to take their business to the next level.
“We are honored that Bread & Butter Specialty Sandwiches is becoming a part of the Bucks County community,” Braccelli said.
“We’ve been operating from a food truck, and we’re excited to offer our customers fresh takes on classic sandwiches in our new location. We can’t wait to welcome the community inside and have them try our Philadelphia-style sandwiches and grab-and-go meals.”
Bread & Butter will continue its catering services and will also sell pre-prepared meals to go, including pasta, meatballs and cookie dough.
