“Is this the same woman?” “What kind of plastic surgery did she have?” How much did this cost?
This is the question that comes to mind when looking at the before and after photos of patients who underwent plastic surgery at a Turkish clinic.
The caption read, “Our lovely patient Miss Direk after 2 years of rhinoplasty, facelift and blepharoplasty.” We welcome your comments.
On the left, there is a close-up of a clearly older woman, whom the surgeon claims is 68 years old.

The photo on the right, on the other hand, is said to be of the same person, and appears to be of a woman who is at least 20 years younger.
Her doctor claimed it was all thanks to extensive surgical modifications performed at an Istanbul clinic.
The post refuted accusations that it was a fabrication, revealing that the patient underwent five different surgeries to achieve the results.
One commenter under the Instagram post said: “This is crazy.” She looks 20 years younger.

“The results of the rhinoplasty are very good. There’s definitely lip fillers. But you can still tell it’s her.”
Even Melinda Farina, founder of Beauty Brokers, a consultancy that helps clients with cosmetic surgery, was speechless.

She commented: “I’m confused by this too.”
Advocates from Western countries stressed that even America’s best surgeons have not made such “fundamental” changes.

Impressed by the results, many said they would board the next flight to Turkey.
Some people begged the clinic for a price list for all the surgeries the woman underwent on her face.
However, some questioned whether the photo on the right had been heavily airbrushed before being posted on social media.
“She probably got some work done, but Photoshop is doing some of the heavy lifting here,” the woman wrote.
Others were not at all convinced that the photos were the same person and urged people not to believe the clinic.
One comment read: “Of all the things that have never happened, this is the least likely thing that has ever happened.”
Another said: “This is actually a mother and daughter.” why do you guys lie?
