Various aspects of the new tax package submitted to the Turkish Grand National Assembly are being discussed. California officials plan to seek a further increase to the state’s controversial $20 minimum wage for fast-food workers, even as they blame a new law that has led to higher menu prices and restaurant closures since it went into effect in April.
