EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Museum of History will be hosting a new exhibit focusing on downtown El Paso from the 1910s to the 1930s. The exhibit, titled “Neighborhoods and Shared Memories: From the Rio Grande to Franklin Heights,” will open at the museum, located at 510 N.
