When scrolling through different threads and trends on Twitter, it’s easy to get lost in the moment. Before you know it, you’ve accidentally updated or closed the thread you were trying to screenshot, the video you were trying to download, or the post you were bookmarking. And unlike browsing on Chrome, where you can quickly retrieve your history from a dedicated tab, it can be a bit difficult to look back at your past interactions on the platform. Here’s what features Twitter will offer in 2024 to help you find your history, including past views and interactions. 1. Use the…
There is no more important position in the NFL than the quarterback, and the Denver Broncos have been fortunate to have two of the greatest players to ever don the orange and blue. The three-time Super Bowl champion team’s legacy is thanks to nearly three decades of quarterback play at the highest level. From 1983 to 2015, the Denver Broncos were one of the winningest franchises not just in the NFL but in all of professional sports. Throughout the team’s history, many significant quarterbacks have contributed to their rich tradition. To properly rank the top 10 quarterbacks in Denver Broncos history,…
Journalist and presenter Nagehan Arti shared her experience after divorcing her husband of 13 years, Rasim Ozan Kütahyar, in one session on journalist Nevsin Meng’s show last year. Alci claimed that she was subjected to mental and physical violence by her husband, Rasim Ozan Kütahial, from whom she divorced on October 3, 2023. Nagehan Arthi said: “Rasim was taking money from me.” – I didn’t even tell my mother about these things. Rasim took the money I earned and said, “You won’t understand.” – I couldn’t kick him out if I hadn’t sent the money. I was told by Rasim…
At one time, sipping a Bloody Mary was the closest you could get to making a cocktail feel like a meal, but ever since PDT infused its Old Fashioned with bacon-washed bourbon in 2007, cocktails have taken their cues from the dinner plate. While Benton’s Old Fashioned still looks like an Old Fashioned, today’s food-inspired cocktails reverse the food-flavoring technique by adding it to a liquid form. So instead of adding bacon flavor to a cocktail, you make a cocktail that tastes just like bacon. These food-inspired cocktails are everywhere, and they’re a little weird. At Singe’s in Manhattan, they’ve…
1. Hurricane Beryl slammed into Texas yesterday, dominating news feeds and Tik Tok videos. Here are the numbers: at least six deaths, nine inches of rain, two million people without power, 47 high-water rescues. 2. Marjorie Taylor Greene just got an F in American History. She posted on X about the average age of the signers of the Declaration of Independence and listed their names. Sadly, six out of eight historical figures, including Aaron Burr and Paul Revere, were not signers of the Declaration of Independence and she found that out on the internet. 3. Jupiter-sized exoplanets have long intrigued…
My general rule is to not feature places that primarily serve beer and wine unless they offer a substantial enough food menu to make it worth stopping in. For a long time, Casual Pint’s East Tennessee locations didn’t offer food, but now many of their locations do, so on Independence Day, myself and my spouse from The Grub decided to stop by the local chain’s North Shore location to check out the delicious food. The two-page menu is filled with classic pub fare staples like chicken quesadillas, beer cheese pretzels, and hummus flatbread. There are also three varieties of beer-fried Sidewinder…
Considering the meaning and importance of this day, we must start with the sign of the Gray Wolf. The Gray Wolf symbol dates back to the pre-Islamic period in Turkish history. It is claimed that the Gray Wolf symbol was used by the Huns, Gokturks, Kipchaks and Pechenegs. Signs handcrafted to represent the Gray Wolf date closer. Nationalist Movement Party leader Alparslan Turkes learned about the sign during a visit to Azerbaijan in 1992 and brought it to Turkey. (Turkesh with Elchibey during his visit to Azerbaijan in 1992) The Grey Wolf sign was adopted by the MHP community and…
Figen Bezmes, a resident of Bodrum, received a call from her estranged husband’s son, Dokan D., at around 6 p.m. on November 24 last year and went to her home on Yaka Street in Umluca district. An argument broke out between him and his son. After locking the door, Dokan D. punched his mother and attacked her with a knife. Bezmez suffered blunt and stab wounds to the throat and various parts of his body. Bezmez opened the locked door to get out but fell into the garden of the house and died. Dokan D. was detained by police and…

Originally owned by President George Washington, the artifact recently found its way to a Virginia history enthusiast, who later donated it to the museum, thanks to Goodwill. The piece is currently on display at the American Revolutionary War Museum in Philadelphia. Collector Richard “Dana” Moore stumbled upon the relic, a 6-inch-long piece of linen fabric from a Washington dining marquee, at a Goodwill auction house. The fabric was put up for auction with the note, “Part of George Washington’s Tent. From the Historic Buildings of the 1907 Jamestown Exposition. Property of John Burns, December 23, 2007.” Most of Moore’s collection…
