DUBAL – The lawsuit was filed within the scope of an investigation into the “current structure” of the Adnan Oktar armed criminal organization, which Adnan Oktar created through his lawyers and social media groups to keep its members alive and to replace members of the organization, whose exposure continues today.
Adnan Oktar and the four female defendants, who are being held in Van Prison, were connected to the hearing via the Audio-Visual Information System (SEGBİS).
According to Tuguba Ozer news from Gerçek Gündem, the pre-trial conversation between Adnan Oktar and the detained defendants connected through SEGBİS drew attention. Oktar appeared to be very cheerful, while the female defendants detained in the case praised him.
The conversation between Octa and the female defendant is as follows:
Octer: How are you?
Defendant: My love, how are you?
Octer: I’m doing great, my dear.
Defendant: Mashallah. My dear love, you are so beautiful.

Defendant: My dear, you are getting younger and younger. You are radiant.
Octa: Mashallah!
Defendant: Since we last met, your image and feelings have appeared in my dreams every night.
Defendant: Your last statement made headlines everywhere. I look at you with admiration, you are a joy, God bless you.
Octal: I’m like a pocket knife. I was 20 and I’m still the same. The guys who mess with me are my grandsons, but they’re like my grandfathers.
The lawyer’s claim was accepted
The defendant lawyers requested that the Lawyers Act be evaluated and that the Ministry of Justice be asked to apply for permission to investigate the defendant lawyers.
The court president assessed the request and said, “There are acts allegedly committed by the defendants while they were working, but some of them were not committed while they were working. This is a controversial issue. We will then apply for permission to investigate from the Ministry of Justice to follow the procedure so that the permission to investigate is not sent during the appeal process,” he said.
Following witness examination the hearing was adjourned until tomorrow.

The indictment, prepared by the Istanbul Chief Prosecutor’s Terrorist and Organized Crimes Investigation Department, names 20 people as suspects.
The indictment states that Adnan Oktar, who is recognised by a court decision as the manager of the armed criminal organisation, was incarcerated for this reason and that during this period the organisation continued its activities and that Oktar tried to keep the organisation alive, in particular by spreading information outside the prison on his instructions through his lawyer and other organisation managers Meltem Alikhan Daban and Ferhunde Eda Babna.
