The Fenerbahce Club’s July regular High Council board meeting began with a meeting between Ali Koç and Aziz Yildirim.
Aziz Yildirim did not attend any meetings after he lost the presidency to Ali Koc in 2018, but reunited with Koc after they severed ties following the June election.
Aziz Yıldırım, who attended the Supreme Council Executive Board meeting for the first time in about six years, was welcomed with applause. When Fenerbahçe Club President Ali Koç looked around, asking “Where is the president?”, he saw Aziz Yıldırım standing behind him, whom he had not noticed at first, and hugged him, saying “I’m sorry.”
Seeing that Ali Koç did not notice him, Aziz Yıldırım posed in front of the press together with Ali Koç.
The moment the two became one was met with applause from the other members.

Coach Sekip Mosturoğlu, who delivered the opening speech of the meeting, said, “Last year, the trophy that we took for granted in the world of football was taken away from us for off-field reasons. The new season will mark the beginning of the Fenerbahçe era in the world of football. It is a mutual journey.” The photograph was taken by Ali Koç and Aziz Yıldırım, and the table created under their leadership is a special table that our community longs for. “And when we are together, there is no force that can stop us. The most clear example of this is the July 3 process,” he said.
The meeting concludes with the reading of the activity reports of the management and the Supervisory Board and the presentation of comments on the reports.
