LEVELAND, Texas — After a devastating storm struck Levelland on Tuesday, May 28, damaging homes, leaving power outages and injuring at least eight people, the city needs help now more than ever.
Here are some local food trucks that will be parking within the city of Levelland and serving meals to residents.
Lucero’s Food Truck
Lucero said on social media that she planned to donate dinner plates Wednesday evening at the Levelland Fire Station, 603 Fifth Ave. She was accepting food donations.
Kennard & Boys Food Truck
Kennard and Boys were scheduled to set up the truck at Ace Hardware in Levelland Wednesday evening.
Kais Grinz
Kays Glintz was scheduled to have dinner at Prosperity Bank in Levelland on Wednesday.
A 15-year-old girl was killed in a crash in Central Lubbock Friday night, LPD says.
Food trucks providing food to those affected by the storm will be parked at Billy Price Ace Hardware, Prosperity Bank and Kauffman Park.
