Since I last wrote about the Southboro Rotary Club’s Food Truck Festival, the club has listed the vendors booked for tonight and the next two Wednesdays, with details below.
Admission to the popular “Festival” takes place on Wednesday afternoons and evenings through June 12th, and tonight is the second of four nights.
Hours are 3:30-7pm, and four dinner trucks and one ice cream truck will be parked each week at Southboro Field downtown (St. Mark School field at the corner of Routes 85 and 30). Scroll down for the food vendor lineup with links.
Rotary’s main goal in planning its annual festival is to create a feel-good community event. But Rotary also uses it to support charitable causes. This year they’ve partnered with Main Street Bank to give away food truck vouchers in exchange for donations to the scholarship fund. [Note: As President of The Friends of the Library, I’ll encourage you to swing by our table as well. We’ll be taking orders for our Fudge fundraiser. And Thank You to Rotary for allowing us to be there!]
The food truck lineup is as follows:

Below is a photo I took last year.
The event will take place rain or shine, so let’s hope the storm clouds clear out tonight!
