Wendy’s Weekly Free Giveaways
Remember the uproar earlier this year when Wendy’s announced it would soon begin testing price increases?
The chain still appears to be trying to make amends for its announcement.
In April, the chain announced that it would be offering a free order of fries (any size) with any purchase through the chain’s app every Friday through the end of the year.
The chain recently added nuggets to its menu.
For a limited time, the chain is offering a free six-piece chicken nuggets offer for anyone who purchases an item through its app on Wednesday.
The chain is also offering “Nuggs Party Packs” containing about 50 chicken nuggets at some locations.
The local price seems to be $21.99.
For participating locations, visit www.wendysnuggsparty.com.
The chain recently launched a limited-time $3 meal for breakfast eaters that includes an egg, cheese, bacon or sausage sandwich on an English muffin, along with a side of seasoned fries.
Additionally, the limited-time Dave’s Daily Dollar Deal, which offers select menu items for $1 with the purchase of the app, was set to expire last month but appears to still be in effect.
Menu items available for $1 include a Crispy Chicken BLT, Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, small chili, medium fries, four-piece chicken nuggets and a small Frosty.
Burger King’s Birthday Sale
Burger King is celebrating its 70th anniversary this week with a special birthday meal deal and daily freebies.
The remaining free offers (with purchases of 70 cents or more) include a Croissantwich on Wednesday, May 29th, a medium soft drink on Thursday, May 30th, a cheeseburger on Friday, May 31st, a slice of birthday pie on Saturday, June 1st, an original chicken sandwich on Sunday, June 2nd, and a Whopper Jr. on Monday, June 3rd.
The $6 birthday menu includes a Whopper Jr., small fries, a small drink and a slice of birthday pie.
The offer can be redeemed online or via the chain’s app.
