Daniela Westbrook underwent brutal reconstructive surgery in Turkey in a desperate attempt to repair her disfigured face.
The former EastEnders actress, 49, admitted she feared she would die while being stabbed with a knife, but in 2002 excessive drug use caused her septum to collapse and osteoporosis caused her bones to deteriorate. He claimed that he needed surgery to “survive” because his body had become weak.
Daniela underwent fat grafting with a thread lift, liposuction on her cheeks and lips, and etching on her chin and jawline.
Ghastly photos from the surgery show Daniela lying in a hospital bed, bloodied and bruised, and she said when she first woke up she felt like she had “just gone 10 rounds with Tyson Fury”.
Daniela said she had been hoping for a reconstruction for the past seven years but could not find a surgeon who would perform the surgery because her septum had completely collapsed.

“It was very scary,” she told The Sun. “Mum and my son Kai were on the phone all the time. I wrote a will before I left and my son is the executor.
“But luckily I’m still here and I’ve come through the other side. Someone is watching over me. It was like 10 rounds with Tyson Fury.
“But the swelling went down really quickly. I’m already happy with the results.”
Daniela said she paid for all the surgery herself, even though clinics around the world offered it free of charge, after she was admitted to intensive care last year due to health concerns that made it difficult for her to breathe through her nose.
Now in recovery, Daniella must continue to take only ibuprofen and paracetamol because stronger painkillers could trigger her past cocaine addiction.
Daniela previously revealed that she would need five surgeries to correct her “broken” face due to past cocaine addiction and osteoporosis, which she planned to undergo on the NHS.
She previously told The Sun: “I’ve been trying to get someone to do it for the past seven years and they said no in case I messed up and got fired.”

“I had a cold and couldn’t breathe. Fluid had accumulated in my body, and after I fell asleep, I couldn’t wake up properly, so I ended up in the ICU.
“I was sent to Aintree Hospital in Liverpool so I could be taken to the right doctor, otherwise I would still be waiting for someone to find me.” They are doing it for me now under the NHS.”
Daniela underwent rib insertion surgery in 2018 after her cheekbones and gums rotted due to osteoporosis, and after a year of lip fillers and Botox treatment in addition to facial surgery, she is back to her best. I hope that.

Daniella first appeared in EastEnders in 1990 at the age of 16 and remained on the soap for three years.
She returned in 1996, but her stint was cut short when she was fired due to her off-screen behavior.
She returned soon after but was fired again in 2000 after further problematic behaviour, at which time she admitted to spending £100,000 on cocaine.
The role was reprized from 2002 to 2005, played by Kim Medcalf, but Daniella reprized the role from 2009 to 2010.
She appeared again in 2016 in a storyline surrounding the death of her on-screen mother, Peggy Mitchell, and this was her last appearance.
