Mikel Arteta will be playing for a new Arsenal side this season, and not just because of his four summer signings.
There was a lot of summer transfer activity at the Emirates Stadium, with speculation rife that centre-back Gabriel Magalhães would be heading to Saudi Arabia. Despite appearing in all 38 Premier League games for Arsenal last season, the Brazilian’s place in the team was in jeopardy following the departure of Julian Timber from Ajax.
However, the 25-year-old has chosen to remain in north London, a move that would be no different for Arteta given Timber is sidelined with a long-term knee injury. But now Gunners fans believe the defender should be ‘angry’, if not for the on-field issue.
Gabriel underwent a hair transplant at Dr. Cinik Clinic in Turkey last year, and the company has since listed him as a successful celebrity client, saying: “Gabriel had been suffering from hair loss, which was significantly impacting his confidence on and off the field.”
Soccer fans who were previously unaware of this development will probably now be. Gabriel, who joined from Lille three years ago for a fee of £27 million, is now advertising on the side of black taxis in the city.
The Dr Cinik clinic’s website and contact details include an eye-catching image showing the star athlete before the transplant, along with his full name. However, Arsenal fans are questioning whether the player will be happy with his newfound fame.
Reacting to the photo posted by @rafsenal, the @ArsenalArchives account wrote, “I’d be annoyed if I was the big Gabi,” along with a crying emoji, while @FPLsimba wrote, “Delete it before your rivals see it.” I begged.

@o_sonuga14 suggested that Gabrielle would get a discount if she agreed to take part in the ad campaign, writing: “No, Gabi should have agreed to pay full price,” while another Gooner @ twizzy1629v2 joked: “He got a free hairline.” But he sold his soul. ”
In four seasons at the Emirates, Gabriel made 122 appearances in all competitions, scoring 11 goals. However, he is yet to earn a senior cap for Brazil, despite having caps at U20 and U23 level.

And he has also received support from Arsenal fans after playing 90 minutes in Sunday’s 3-1 win over Man United. The team went into the international break with 12-10 points.
