A woman has spoken out about the operation she spent years undergoing, spending more than £12,000 to fly to Turkey for it.
When Scarlett Black wanted to lose weight, she decided to fly to Turkey for gastric sleeve surgery and hasn’t looked back since.

Scarlett, who has now lost 14 stone since getting the sleeve, has also had a tummy tuck, thigh lift and boob job in the country.
And she’s so happy with the changes in her body that Scarlett proudly shares her story through her TikTok account @sleevesurgery.
The British woman, who currently lives in Australia, revealed all as she shared before and after images of herself, including her amazing weight loss.
In a recent video, Scarlett explained: “I lost nearly 200 IB, or about 90 kg.
“The first surgery I had was gastric sleeve surgery, which really helped me lose weight.
“I had it done in Turkey, but it cost around £3,000 including flights and everything.”
But Scarlett said that was just the beginning of her surgical journey, as her “drastic weight loss” left her with other problems.
She told her 796,900 followers:
“And for those who say, ‘Oh, if you just took it slow, my skin wouldn’t have loosened…'” No!
“I’m sorry, I’m 90 kg. If I lose 90 kg, my skin will become saggy no matter what I do. It’s too heavy to go back to normal.”
This led Scarlett to opt for a longer tummy tuck.
She continued: They also did some muscle repair on my abdomen and I had some fat on my back. ”
The surgery cost around £3.6 million, with an arm lift later costing even more.
Furthermore, she added: “I think the flight ticket for this trip to Turkey was also around £150 or so. It wasn’t too much. That was the reward.”
But Scarlett revealed she underwent another surgery as she paid for a thigh lift and breast augmentation.
she said: “A thigh lift cost around £2,500 and this surgery cost around £1,700.”

“This flight was £800. Again, to Türkiye. [but] We went during peak summer season so it cost more to fly there.”
But after revealing the results of her new figure and how it cost more than £12,000, Scarlett’s social media followers were worried about something else.
She revealed that everyone was interested in how she found the money to fund all her ventures, but she was too happy to answer.
She explained: There is a spicy page.
“And some people say, ‘Oh, you’re just doing this because you’re slim,’ but you should do more research.
“I’ve been doing this since I was over 25 stone. I’ve been in the industry for five years.”
