Josh’s video went viral, racking up over 1 million views in 24 hours.
In this video, he showed how he used On the Beach to find a deal for the Zoria Deluxe Resort in Turkey. There, you can live in luxury for a month, eating and drinking everything you want.
Then his boss at the online travel agency contacted him and encouraged him to pack his bags and give it a try.

He checked in on Saturday and spent the weekend lounging by the pool and exploring the area, including the nearby city of Side. He described it as a “beautiful” place “surrounded by ancient ruins”.
“I can’t believe I’m actually doing that,” Josh told MailOnline Travel.
“I’ve always wondered if it would be cheaper to go on an all-inclusive trip abroad than to live at home, and it actually is.”
Comparing Manchester to his previous hotel life, he added: “Everyone is much happier here.” I think it’s because everyone is on vacation. ”

Josh, a creative strategist, said he plans to continue working full-time at the resort, working outside in the sunshine.
This means he can avoid paying the usual supermarket bills, utilities, council tax, rent and bills while continuing to earn income from the hotel. On the Beach will be responsible for these costs.
“I am exercising one of the perks at my workplace that allows me to work abroad,” he said.
“My daily work schedule remains the same. It’s only three hours late in Turkey, so I hope no one calls me at 5pm UK time and 8pm here.”

“The hotel has WiFi, which is available almost everywhere in the complex, so if you really feel like it, you can work from your sun lounger by the pool.”
“I have a desk in my room for private calls, but I plan on exercising in the sun.”
“After seeing Josh’s TikTok showing how cheap it is to live in an all-inclusive for a month, I had to give him a shot,” said Zoe Harris, chief customer officer at On the Beach. I thought it had to happen,” he said.
“This is a great idea for people who can work from anywhere.
“If you pack your bags and list your apartment or house on a rental site for a month to cover your mortgage or rent, and instead live somewhere in the sun for a month, you still won’t save money. Masu.”
Anyone who wants to follow Josh’s journey can do so through his TikTok page, where he plans to post regular updates from his life abroad over the next month.
