The Agreement on Mutual Promotion and Protection of Investments between Turkey and Venezuela was signed after bilateral talks between Venezuelan Foreign Minister Ivan Gil and Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan during their visit to Istanbul on July 21, 2023.
Following completion of the domestic legal approval process for the agreement in Turkey, the agreement will enter into force through an exchange of notes between the two countries.
