Brian Fordish, former Deputy Director, will assume the role of Director of Operations. In this role, Fordish’s primary responsibilities will be managing the food bank’s inventory and supply chain.
Karen (Casey) Bauer will assume the role of guest services director, overseeing policies and procedures for assisting the organization’s guests. Bauer will also be responsible for managing and coordinating volunteers and will collaborate and direct schedulers and office managers. She has a background in social work, which Cellino said makes her “uniquely qualified” for the guest services director role.
“Our shared vision, mission and passion have made our food bank an incredible community service,” Cellino said. “With revenues exceeding $700,000 (food and monetary) for the 2023-24 fiscal year, we remain a 100% volunteer-run organization now and for many years to come, and I am confident that Brian and Casey will maintain that same level of excellence.”
The Warminster Food Bank is a 501c3 organization that provides food to those in need in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Warminster Food Bank serves over 650 families each month with food donated by individuals and businesses. Donations and volunteers are always welcome.
