He offered the agent “a sale price of 4 million euros, or about 140 million liras, and we will split the remaining 800,000 euros as commission.”
When MG accepted the offer, Florentina G. told the real estate agent, “I’ll arrange the sale. I want to know if you have the money. Prepare the money and let me come and see it.” On the morning of July 3, the day the agreement was reached, Florentina G. arrived by plane from London, accompanied by her boyfriend, who is also her business partner. However, as soon as they got off the plane, they pretended not to know each other and got into separate taxis to leave the airport.
