Morgan Wallen made country music history with his concert at BST Hyde Park in London on July 4. The singer performed in front of a sold-out crowd of 50,000, making it the largest country music concert ever held in the UK.

The “One Thing at a Time” hitmaker took to the stage as part of the annual BST Hyde Park Festival presented by American Express. His performance marked his debut at the all-genre festival and the first time a country artist has headlined the event.

In addition to his long list of hits, Wallen’s 24-song setlist also included an acoustic version of his new single, “Lies, Lies, Lies,” which was officially released on Friday, July 5. Wallen also performed a solo version of his collaboration with Post Malone, “I Has Some Help,” and closed the show with his debut single, “The Way I Talk.”
Among the 50,000 in attendance were several celebrities, including Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany, as well as actors Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis.
Morgan Wallen donates proceeds from UK tour to London Youth Chorus
Warren donated a portion of ticket sales to the Morgan Wallen Foundation, which aims to give children the opportunity to “grow, play and create through sport and music.” Following the performance, $20,000 was donated to the London Youth Choir to provide musical opportunities for underprivileged young people.
The country singer will head overseas again in August to kick off her first European tour, playing seven shows in places like Sweden, Norway and Denmark before concluding with a series of shows in Ireland.

Morgan Wallen has sold his Nashville home for $835,000. The country singer sold his home for a profit of $135,000 five months after he was photographed using the N-word in his driveway. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is over 2,700 square feet on two floors near 8th Avenue in Nashville. Redfin confirmed the home sold on July 8, 2021, less than a month after it was listed for sale.
