Food trucks are one of the most common things I see at any event.
Growing up in California I’m used to seeing food truck parks and there were food trucks everywhere. Unfortunately there aren’t many food trucks in Shreveport-Bossier and the few that do exist always seem to have a loyal following. What if you want to have your own food truck but don’t know where to start?
There is something epic hidden within the Launch Network.
Launch Network, a program aimed at supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs in North Louisiana, is currently hosting a free workshop for aspiring food truck owners. “The workshop will feature special guest speaker Rodrigo Mondragon of Ki’ Mexico who will provide comprehensive guidance on launching and running a successful food truck business, from concept to launch.” The workshop will be held on July 26, 2024, from 9am to 2pm at MS Kick.
If you would like to learn about business planning or the licensing permits and regulations specific to operating a food truck in North Louisiana, this workshop is perfect for you.
“We’re excited to offer this workshop to the community,” said Dave Smith, Executive Director of the Entrepreneur Accelerator Program (EAP). “Our goal is to provide aspiring food truck owners with the knowledge and resources they need to make their dreams a reality. This workshop is a great opportunity to learn from industry experts and connect with other entrepreneurs.”
