The records just keep getting broken for Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark. Clark became the first rookie in WNBA history to record a triple-double. Clark recorded one in Saturday’s win over the New York Liberty. Her outstanding rookie season continues to prove why Indiana selected her as the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft.
Clark has set many WNBA records since early in her career, but this one is the most special. Doing something no one else has done before is an incredible moment for a rookie and shows she is learning how to play the professional game. It took Clark some time to fully adjust to the speed of the WNBA, but she did and dominated the competition.
